An old estate founded in 1830, considered one of the driving forces behind the development of Sarchí during the 20th century. It began as a cattle ranch and later turned to coffee and sugarcane cultivation. Today, it focuses on producing specialty coffees under a sustainable and regenerative model that protects the tropical cloud forest and promotes biodiversity. It is the birthplace of the Villa Sarchí coffee variety, known for its quality and adaptability. The estate spans more than 224 hectares, including 96 hectares of forest, numerous water sources, and internal trails. It offers panoramic views of the Western and Central Valleys, where you can see the Poás, Barva, Irazú, and Turrialba volcanoes.
