Exhausted by long hours of photo retouching work, multimedia artist and photographer Allegra Pacheco uses her savings to travel from New York to Tokyo. She is disturbed by the intensity of the city and the drive of those around her. Late at night, she notices suited men sleeping on sidewalks—“salarymen” who work endless hours and drink with their bosses, collapsing in the streets until it’s time to return to work.
