La Tigra Rainforest Lodge was founded in 2014 with the aim of conserving nature and transforming a rural community into a model of sustainable tourism. Its owner reforested the farm, using that wood to build the lodge, which today offers lodging, trails, natural pools, and a permaculture garden.
