El Sanatorio it’s a horror comedy found footage film, about a group of filmmakers making a documentary about El Sanatorio Duran, a hospital that worked for fifty years with thousands of TB patients, becoming later an orphanage and ending as a juvenile prison. This place is supposedly haunted by the ghosts of children and a diabolic nun.
